Our normal procedure would have been to hold a public exhibition, allowing us to consult local stakeholders and provide you the chance to meet the project team in person. However, in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to proceed with our consultation virtually.

In early August 2020, a letter introducing Harrison Varma Ltd. and informing residents about the consultation process was sent to addresses neighbouring the site.

The project team subsequently hosted a series of virtual Community Forums for interested stakeholders over the following month. These meetings provided our neighbours and interested stakeholders with the opportunity to meet the project team, receive an overview of the proposals and share their feedback.

More recently in August 2021, the project team undertook further consultation with the local community, seeking their thoughts in relation to the future usage of the site. The consultation closed on 25th August 2021.
